Undercurrent was founded in 2025 by moms who saw a need to move agency culture towards a more equitable and balanced way of working. Recognizing the lack of female ownership in the industry, they set out to build a company that would meet the needs of today’s top talent by reimagining the traditional agency model to deliver work that meaningfully moves brands forward.
